Great Clips will give free haircuts to military members on Veterans Day

Retired and active members of the military can get a free haircut at Great Clips on Veterans Day, Nov. 11, 2020.

Great Clips also will award accept nominations for a member of the military to receive free haircuts for a year and a $350 gift card.

On Nov. 11, members of the military can receive a free haircut or a free haircut card to be redeemed by Dec. 11, 2020.

Civilians who get a haircut on Veterans Day will receive a free haircut card to give to any service member.

To nominate someone for the free haircuts for a year, a person should share on social media the person’s name, the reason they are being nominated, the branch of service and use the hashtag #GREATful4Vets and tag Great Clips.

Two winners will be selected each week through Nov. 6 for a total of six winners. The winners will be “celebrated and recognized across its social media channels for their dedication, commitment and service.”


Red Robin will give a free burger and fries to veterans after Veterans Day because of COVID-19.

Military personnel can get free wings on Veterans Day at Buffalo Wild Wings.
