RTTS - Optional Hardware Kit

The RTTS - Optional Hardware Kit is designed for use by individuals with balance or mobility disabilities. It has two distinct uses. It has an “arms up” or armrest installed in order to help people who have difficulty rising from or lowering to a toilet but don’t need an elevated seat or grab bars. Additionally, installed with the “arms down” it’s an extended platform to help wheelchair user’s transfer on to and off of the toilet.

The RTTS bolts onto most standard toilets and uses a standard toilet seat to maintain the décor of the user's bathroom. Gripping slots aid in the contraction of abdominal muscles when difficulty with bowel movements occurs. It adds only 1 1/8 inches (2.9 centimeters) of height to the toilet and the extra-wide design makes it suitable for people who are overweight.
