The Wilcox Audible Pedestrian Signal is an audible pedestrian signal designed for individuals who are blind or have low vision. This signal produces a cuckoo sound when pedestrians can cross north/south, and a peep-peep sound when pedestrians can cross east-west. Its sound output is 90 decibels (Db) at one meter.
