The Student Behavior Intervention Planner (S-BIP) is a behavioral assessment and Individualized Education Plan / Behavior Intervention Plan program (IEP/BIP) designed for use by teachers of children with disabilities. The program helps educators organize, analyze, and report problem behaviors; identify effective intervention strategies through Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA); and select Goals and Objectives to create an IEP/BIP. The program is available online or in a kit. The online verison allows forms to be completed and stored online. The web browser interface allows access for all authorized users, while administrators have full control over access to confidential student data. The online version also provides printable Portable Document Format (PDF) versions of all forms, online help files, a downloadable User Guide, and a Goals and Objectives database. The kit version includes an S-BIP Guide & Curriculum Binder; Behavior Incident/Observation Forms (one pad of 75); Functional Behavior Summary Forms (one packet of 30); FBA Summary Forms–Part II: SSV (one pad of 25); Behavior Analysis Forms (one packet of 30); Student Discipline Action Forms (one pad of 50); IEP/BIP Forms (one pad of 50); IEP Alternative Placement Forms (one pad with 5 sets of 4).
