Deluxe Occupancy Control

The Deluxe Occupancy Control is a wandering patient system designed for use by individuals who are at risk for falls when leaving a bed, chair, or wheelchair without assistance. The system utilizes a control unit and a pressure-sensitive chair pad or bed pad to monitor when the individual rises without assistance, causing an alarm to sound. Features include five alarm sounds, adjustable alarm delay, automatic alarm reset, nurse-call interface, and system status light. POWER: Uses batteries; the system is equipped with a low battery alert. OPTIONS: A wheelchair mounting bracket is available.
