IRiS+ is an application designed to allow an iPad®, iPhone®, or iPod Touch® to control sensory equipment or to enable the user to easily control a multi-sensory room. Offers several control switches in one— sound, touch, vibration, and movement. The full IRiS+ app is free to download and by doing so, one can control either one or a number of multi-sensory products in a variety of ways. Through touch, the user may choose Multiple Buttons Mode: Choose between two, four and eight switches to control the equipment, depending on the user’s ability. It also has eight switching modes to develop different switching skills. Also through touch, the user may choose Single Button Mode, by which a single button controls sensory equipment. Also includes four modes to develop switching skills. Sound controls sensory equipment via sound. Talk, shout or clap your hands to control equipment. Includes four modes to develop these switching skills. Vibration allows the user to move the iPad®, iPhone® or iPod Touch® to control sensory equipment. Includes four modes to help develop these switching skills. Rotation allows the user to turn the iPad®, iPhone® or iPod Touch® onto different sides to control sensory equipment. Includes four switching modes to develop switching skills. Compass Mode allows the user to turn the iPad®, iPhone® or iPod Touch® through 360 degrees to control sensory equipment. Includes two modes to develop switching skills. Finally, Relaxation promotes calming and relaxation by slowly changing the colored lighting emitted from equipment. The speed of color change is also controllable. iOS Universal. Experia IRiS is an application that connects to the Experia IRiS iConvertor or iConvertor 2 modules. This allows an iOS device running the application to control the whole range of Experia IRiS Sensory Products. Works wirelessly from a distance of up to 30 meters.
