The IllumiRay Lighting System is a wheelchair light designed for use by individuals with mobility or lower extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury and others who use a manual wheelchair. The system includes 2 white Solid State Mini Lights, 2 red Solid State Mini Lights, a Black Jack switch and a wiring harness. Each light has a 12-element circular LED array that emits a brilliant 35 degree cone of light with an output is 8200 MFC. The emitted beam helps the user to operate a wheelchair safely at night. Each light has an anodized aluminum housing, a universal mounting bracket, and a swivel head, which allows the user to direct light to where it is needed most. Because of its efficient solid state technology, the lights do not heat up. The lights are water resistant and have no filament to break or burn out. The Black Jack switch has a 3.5 millimeter jack so alternative switches can be connected. POWER: Each light uses 12 volt direct current (DC) from a NI-CD battery pack (not included) or, for powered wheelchair users, the lights can be connected to the wheelchair battery through the Black Jack switch. WARRANTY: Lifetime warranty for LED array; 1 year for all other parts.
