The Xplorer 52, model TTX-52, is a voice output translator designed for use by individuals with low vision. This device displays, translates, and speaks more than one million words and more than 100,000 common travel phrases in 52 languages. It features an eight-line LED backlit digital display, voice/memo recorder, and the new Oxford American Dictionary. It also maintains history and favorites lists for quick reference. The Xplorer 52 also displays world time in 360 cities, and includes metric and currency conversions, travel games, and a FM scan radio. Languages spoken include Arabic, Bengali, Bulgarian, Burmese, Cambodian, Cantonese, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Filipino, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Laos, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malay, Malayalam, Mongolian, Nepali, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Shanghai Hua, Singhalese, Slovakian, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Thai, Tibetan, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu and Vietnamese.
