The Personal Companion Receiver, model PR-72B, is an FM amplification system designed for persons who use a hearing aid. The Receiver operates with hearing aids, earphones, headphones, or neckloop transductor to be used with M-72AT, M-72L or M-72BS base station transmitter. It can also be used for professional studio communications, personal cuing, industrial communications and individual auditory assistance. Because of extended frequency response and low noise level it can be used with video cameras and portable tape recorders. It comes with one belt clip carrying pouch. Option 1 is standard and includes plug-in frequency selector. OPTIONS: Option 2 comes with external microphone/ audio input for specialty application for $315.00. Option 3 has a switch for two-channel operation for $298.00. Option 4 offers an On/Off switch for $270.50. Option 5 offers an extremely rugged volume control for general public use for $270.50. Option SM is the Smart Mic option which automatically prioritizes speech over noise for general public use. It includes an M-4020P omni-directional microphone. POWER: Uses 9 volt alkaline or nickel-cadmium battery. DIMENSIONS: 1-1/16 by 2-1/4 by 3-1/4 inches. WEIGHT: 4 ounces.
