The Deltoid-Aid Arm Counterbalance (model 700 ACS) is an overhead suspension sling and forearm support system for pediatric and adult use that includes weights and springs. It has a portable frame; bilateral support arms that adjust vertically and horizontally; and 2 support cables on each side. Foam cuff and split-cuff designs are available.
