The Overlander, model PEV 2000, is a heavy-duty powered wheelchair designed for indoor and outdoor use by obese individuals with mobility disabilities. FRAME: Heavy-duty suspension frame. CONTROLS: Programmable micro-controller with right- or left-mounted joystick. RWD: Non-slip interlocking rear belt drive. SEAT: No seating system is standard. A solid seat with foam or a solid seat frame are optional. The seat is available in widths ranging from 18 to 28 inches. UPHOLSTERY: Stain-resistant sulfide black upholstery. ARMRESTS: Removable desk-length armrests are standard. BRAKES: Electronic brakes. CASTERS: Large casters with outdoor treaded pneumatic tires and heavy-duty caster forks. WHEELS: Independent 4-inch hubs and outdoor treaded pneumatic tires. FOOTRESTS: Swingaway footrests are included. POWER: Uses two group 27 gel cell batteries. CAPACITY: 150 to 750 pounds. WARRANTY: Five-year warranty on the frame and one-year warranty on electrical parts and components.
