LINCS connects referred teens to services that assist them in making positive choices to obtain their future goals. Teachers, counselors, parents, neighbors, doctor's offices, social workers, community agencies and concerned family members can all refer an at-risk adolescent for services. Serving teens, ages 12 to 18, LINCS can educate both the child and the parent on available services and programs that exist within Wicomico County and nearby communities.
