The Worcester County Health Department Reproductive Health Program serves both men and women who are generally between the ages of 15-45 years old who are interested in preventing a pregnancy, planning and spacing of thier children,or who have concern about their reproductive health. Services include but are not limited to: screenings for cervical cancer and sexually transmitted infections, breast exam, birth control methods, pregnancy testing, health promotion and referrals. Teens may seek care without parental consent however, adult involvement is encouraged. Services are often available at no or reduced cost to teens. Sliding scale fee is available for those without insurance. Nobody is denied services based on inability to pay. Insurance accepted includes Medical Assistance and the Family Planning Card. Those with private insurance are encouraged to seek care with an in-network provider however, they can be served,but may be responsible for the cost not covered by thier insurance.
