Maryland Senior Olympics

Promotes fitness for seniors by providing a forum for competition. Events include aquatics, track and field, tennis, softball, volleyball, table tennis, basketball, etc. Medals are awarded. Competition is broken into age groups. Risk guidelines have been set to aid competitors in selecting those events that are best suited to their individual fitness level.
Registration fee for competitions. Free for spectators.

Maryland residents, 50 and older, and anyone who has ever participated in MSO or who lives, works or owns property in Maryland. Must show proof of eligibility.
